UN TRILLION TREE CAMPAIGN JAN 23 2020   January 23, 2020- The UN’s Trillion Tree Campaign led    by Felix Finkbeiner’s Children Organization- “Plant-for-the-Planet” reports the results so far – 1.   China    - 2 billion, 407, 493 trees 2.   India- 2 billion, 159, 420, 898 trees 3.   Ethiopia- 1 billion, 725, 350, 306    trees 4.     Mexico- 1 billion, 006, 776, 724 trees      United States lags behind at number 10 with 534 million, 681, 479 trees. Canada is even further behind at number 18 with 137 million, 303, 675 trees. Tree planting is the least expensive, easiest, and most effective strategy to reduce global overheating and mitigate climate chaos - so l let’s take the advice of “Plant-for-the-Planet    and   “STOP TALKING AND START PLANTING!” UN TRILLION TREE CAMPAIGN JAN 23 2020

THUMBS WAY UP TO FLASH FOREST   The inventors at Flash Forest a Canadian company figured out a way to retrofit paintball machine guns onto drones. Now they are on track to plant a billion tree seedlings in Canada by 2024.   How you might ask. They created tiny tree seed pods with nutrients and pre-germinated tree seeds, which they can shoot out one per second, as they send the drones flying over wastelands, in need of restoration.   Hopefully, they are connecting with Australia – by the   end of January, 2020 they have already lost over 6 million hectares of forests and over one billion animals – the worst ever experienced by Australia due to hottest and driest global- overheating triggered temperatures.
