CAN YOU CONNECT THE DOTS?
Here in North America we have spent billions and billions of dollars, contaminated our green spaces, and significantly contributed to the alarming decline of our precious pollinators  in trying to eliminate this almost perfect food, using toxic pesticides.
Dr. Peter Gail, a botanist states  these unwanted plants are one of the “complete vegetables”. 
They are bursting with more than 74 nutrients! They are loaded with vitamins C  and A.
 They are a good source of iron and calcium. 
The pioneers used the leaves for salad, the flowers for wine, and the roots for coffee.
