Keeping your blood sugar low will help fight inflammation.
Dried
mulberries are able to transport glucose right into your intestines so it
doesn't raise the blood sugar level in your arteries.
High blood sugar level also affects your brain
functions as the sugar shreds the arteries causing plaque to build up and your
brain doesn't get enough nutrients and oxygen
resulting in feeling foggy, memory
problems, and comprehension.
The
plaque build up will also lead to heart attacks and strokes.
